-Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only to the U.S. and Canada.

-What should I do if my package shows it's delivered, but I haven't received it?

If your package seems to be missing, it’s often due to one of the following reasons:
It might have been delivered to a neighbor's address.
The package could be left in a different location on your property than usual.
The carrier may have prematurely marked it as delivered.
It may be at your local post office awaiting pickup, and the notification slip was misplaced or not given to you.
In most cases, packages that appear lost are typically found within a few days. Our policy states that if your package hasn’t arrived within 10 days of the delivery date, we will gladly offer you a replacement or store credit.

-What is your return policy?
We accept returns for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Items returned within 15 days of the shipping date will be refunded in full, excluding shipping charges. Please remember that shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs, unless an incorrect or damaged item was sent, in which case we will provide a free return label.

-How can I exchange an item?
We’re excited to announce that we now offer direct exchanges for your convenience! If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or a completely new product, feel free to return any new, unused item for a refund, and place a new order for your desired item. During the returns process, you’ll receive a coupon for free shipping on your exchange.
